1. After cleansing and/or toning, apply mask to face with acupoint chip side facing skin. Adjust the mask so the chips are positioned appropriately.
2. Stimulate acupressure points by pressing 2-3 times. Relax for 15 minutes. Press acupoints again and remove mask.
3. Lightly pat remaining essence into your skin.
